Join us for a leisurely wintery guided walk following the Silk Stream trail.

We will start the walk at Simmonds Mead and end at Montrose Playing Fields. We will follow the path of the Burnt Oak Brook through Lyndhurst Park, The Meads Open Space, Watling Park, Silk Stream Park and finally into Montrose Playing fields.

There is a cafe in Montrose Playing Fields for refreshments if you would like to stay.

The walk is mainly on pavements and footpaths with a short stretch on grass.
