Held at Kingston Ridge Scout Camp in Langdon Hills, this free event offers a range of outdoor activities including archery, a zip wire obstacle course, crafts, jewellery making, games and gentle relaxation sessions. Families are invited to bring a picnic and enjoy a fun, supportive day together in a safe and inclusive environment. Parent/carer supervision is required throughout the event.

MyOTAS (My Own Time And Space)

MyOTAS (My Own Time and Space) is a parent-led charity based in Wickford, Essex, dedicated to improving outcomes for neurodivergent children and young people, and their families. 

Founded in 2019, we create safe, accessible and inclusive informed spaces where individuals feel accepted, understood, and empowered. A defining characteristic of MyOTAS is that our entire team is comprised of parents of neurodivergent children. This unique structure means that every team member possesses direct, personal experience with the challenges and triumphs faced by neurodivergent families. This lived experience translates into an inherently empathetic and deeply understanding approach to service delivery. 

We are passionate about sharing our knowledge and supporting other families on their journey. We know that many neurodivergent families face barriers to education, social connection, and emotional wellbeing. Our work is rooted in lived experience and shaped by the voices of those we support. Through a compassionate, community-led approach, we offer practical help, emotional support, and opportunities for growth and connection.
