Description

As we move into autumn, this network meeting will explore how organisations can better measure and demonstrate the difference volunteers make.

Funders and stakeholders increasingly ask for clear evidence of impact, but the full value of volunteering is not always easy to capture. How can you show the contribution volunteers make to your organisation, the people you support and the wider community?

We’re delighted to be joined by Michele Armstrong, Heritage Volunteering Group’s Volunteer Leader of the Year 2025.

Michele, Head of Volunteering at The Auckland Project, will share her practical experience of measuring volunteer impact. She’ll also explain how tools such as a volunteer relationship management platform are helping her team manage volunteering more easily and efficiently.

The session will offer useful ideas, practical insights and an opportunity to learn from other volunteer co-ordinators.
