In City and Hackney, Five to Thrive offers advice about the five ways, and suggested activities and local events that residents can access to maintain positive mental health and wellbeing.
The five key things identified that promote wellbeing and make life happier and more fulfilling are:
Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest will deliver this free training on Five to Thrive for voluntary and community sector organisations.
The 2-hour training session will provide participants with basic skills in understanding and sharing the benefits of Five to Thrive with their family, friends, and City and Hackney community.
