Talking Circles
What it is
Our core offering. Talking Circles are safe, confidential spaces where men can speak openly about what’s really going on in their lives — without judgement, fixing, or pressure.
What it involves
A facilitated circle where men take turns sharing (or simply listening). We use simple ground rules: confidentiality, respect, and honesty. We ask 5 questions, How do you feel: physically/emotionally/in your relationships/in your spirit/ and what are you grateful for?
Who it’s for
Men aged 18+ at any stage of their mental health journey - whether you’re struggling, feeling stuck, or just want somewhere real to talk (or listen).
How to get involved
Book here or just show up. No referral, no sign-up, no cost.
