Mandem Meetup is a grassroots charity that is peer led and non clinical. We provide safe spaces for men to show up as themselves without judgement or expectation. Through pyscho-social interventions we are building a community for men to improve their mental and physical wellbeing.

YOUTDEM HIKES We’re taking the mandem out of the city and into nature.Youtdem Hikes is a free monthly hiking experience for boys aged 12–16, creating space to get active, build confidence, and connect with others in a positive environment. Whether it’s your first time hiking or you’re already outdoorsy, everyone’s welcome.Led by experienced mountain leader Christian, each session is designed to be safe, supportive, and a proper good day out.
