ON THE DAY

Join us for a relaxing day focused on improving sleep, restoring balance and supporting your overall wellbeing.

Together we'll explore practical ways to improve sleep quality, create positive bedtime routines and understand the habits that can help us feel more rested and refreshed. Throughout the day we'll combine expert guidance from Vicky Beevers with Inner Sunshine wellbeing practices including mindfulness, gentle movement, relaxation and reflective activities.

Whether you're struggling with sleep or simply want to improve your rest and recovery, this session will leave you with practical tools and ideas to take away and use at home.

10:00am – Arrival & Enrolment

10:30am – Wellbeing Circle

(Including relaxation, mindfulness and gentle stretching)

11:15am – Sleep Workshop with Vicky Beevers

Exploring sleep routines, journalling and practical strategies for better sleep

12:00pm – Gentle Movement & Stretching

12:15pm – Lunch

1:00pm – Mindful Activities for Better Sleep

1:45pm – Closing Circle & Feedback
