MyOTAS are delighted to be running Gentle Movement and Relaxation sessions for parent carers
Join us for a 1 hour session (twice a month) to ease, de-stress and unwind.
We know that parenting a child with additional needs can be stressful and that it is hard to make time for yourself.
Louise who will be leading the session, currently runs our successful Mother and Daughter Yoga sessions. The gentle movement in the class will help to reset your parasympathetic nervous system, which is important in a stressful world and will leave you feeling calm.
All equipment will be provided, just wear something comfortable.
