About Network Day

Join us for our first Youth Focus North West (YFNW) Network Day, a new quarterly gathering bringing all of our established networks together under one roof for one day.

Each network will meet in the same venue but run as separate, dedicated sessions at different times. Attendees are invited to book onto the network(s) most relevant to their role, interests, or area of practice, with the option to stay and connect with colleagues from across the region before or after their session. With multiple networks running throughout the day, you are welcome to book onto as many as are relevant to your role.

This new format is designed to strengthen relationships, reduce duplication, and make it easier for colleagues to engage with multiple networks in one place. By hosting every network on the same day, we’re creating a more accessible, efficient, and energising way for partners to stay connected and informed.

YFNW Network Day is open to colleagues already involved in our existing networks, as well as those who may wish to join for the first time.

About the Strategic Youth Leads Network

The North West Strategic Youth Work Leads Network ensures that local areas are well informed, skilled, and responsive to changes in Government policy and the evolving needs of young people.

What this network focuses on:

• Exploring policies affecting young people.
• Providing links to national bodies and developments.
• Facilitating sharing, learning, and collaboration across the region.
• Offering a safe space for Heads of Service to engage in peer support and discussion.

Who is this session for?

Lead officers of Local Authority youth provision.
