Come along on Saturday morning for a coach-led session for children to practice their bike skills; improving bike handling and confidence through cycling games and lessons.
Children should be able to ride a bike for this session. This means pedalling a bike independently without stabilisers. Please look at our Beginners Balance Bike class for children who are not yet at this stage.
If you're unsure which class is best for a child, please contact us & we can advise.
Please make a donation on the day for the session, the suggested donation is £2 or £3. If you cannot afford this, please still come. Donations can be made by cash on the day or via Justgiving.
Children can bring their own bike or use one of ours. If you do need to borrow one please let us know. Helmets must be worn at all of the sessions.
Parents must not leave children unaccompanied at the session, but parents can also use the bikes - please check with a Clyde Cycle Park representative to get use of a bike. If you have children of similar ages, just bring them along too.
CCP may contact you for feedback after the session to help us plan future activities. Please let the coach know if you do not wish to be in any photographs on the day. We use photographs on our social media pages and for reporting back to funders.
There is a car park on Dale Avenue and we have a portaloo toilet at the park. If its your first time along, you can find details for how to get to the park here: How to Find Us | Clyde Cycle Park
