Description

This fun and engaging workshop is aimed at newly established community groups or small organisations who want to learn more about impact measurement, monitoring and evaluation.

The workshop will cover:

  • Impact and terminology.
  • Project planning and embedding monitoring.
  • Monitoring processes and tools.
  • Data collection frameworks.
  • Reporting and communicating impact.
  • Simple theory of change.

The main objective of this workshop is to build on your existing experience, knowledge and expertise. It will take what you do and allow you to re-examine this from an external point of view. This will enable you to look at your organisations from a slightly different perspective, and allow you the space to think about how you record your work, recognise its impact and how you communicate this.

Spaces are limited to 10 groups, offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one booking per group is needed, so please book early to avoid missing out.
