Description

This fun and engaging workshop is aimed at newly established community groups or small organisations who are newer to the concept of impact measurement, monitoring and evaluation, and would like to learn a bit more about, and build confidence in this area.

The workshop will provide an introduction to impact and include:

  • A clearer understanding of terminology around impact.
  • Project delivery planning and embedding monitoring.
  • Monitoring processes and tools.
  • Developing a framework to collect data and/or evidence.
  • Have a clearer idea of how we can evaluate, report and communicate our impact.
  • Start developing your theory of change.

The main objective of this workshop will be to build on your experience, knowledge and expertise. It will take what you already do and encourage you to re-examine what you do from an external or alternative point of view. This will enable you to look at your organisations from a slightly different perspective, and allow you the space to think about how you record and communicate the importance of your work.

You already hold all all that you need and this workshop will equip you with ways in which you can demonstrate the impact of what you do.

Spaces are limited to 10 groups, offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one booking per group is needed, so please book early to avoid missing out.
