Our new welcoming and friendly group provides a safe, supportive and caring environment for people to meet, be encouraged to explore practical support and gain awareness. We understand that attending new things can be daunting - you are welcome to bring someone to support you if you wish.

This session is open to all at no cost, but we would welcome a suggested donation of £3 if you are able to. All donations go towards supporting the overall operations of the charity.
