Mandem Meetup is running boxing, padwork and kettlebell fitness sessions in Whitmore Reans as part of Your Spaces, across two venues each week. Mandem Meetup is a grassroots charity that is peer led and non clinical. We provide safe spaces for men to show up as themselves without judgement or expectation. Through pyscho-social interventions we are building a community for men to improve their mental and physical wellbeing.
