Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer,this class is designed to help you improve your skills, keep active and have agreat time.&nbsp;No previous dance experience is required. Just bring yourenthusiasm and get ready to move!&nbsp;We will be finishing a fun packed day with a glow party, feelfree to wear your fluorescent clothing we will have plenty glow in the darkparty items for you all!

We specialise in Freestyle, Slow, Street, Commercial Pop, Stamina and Body Conditioning. 

Our classes are designed to be fun and friendly with the aim of achieving the best of fitness and dance ability from all our students. We ensure that everyone feels comfortable and adapt our tuition to suit the ability of each child. 

Every child leaves our classes feeling like they have achieved, we love seeing them thrive and enjoy classes.  Watching their progress fills us all with a great sense of pride. 

Dancing/fitness and stretching helps with a child's co-ordination, ability to follow instructions as well as their stamina. Our class provides a safe environment for them to build friendships and find a hobby that will benefit their overall well being.  



Hundreds of children across South Tyneside will access free, nutritious food and enriching activities over the school holidays, as the Department for Education (DFE) has confirmed funding for the holiday activities and food programme (HAF) throughout 2025.&nbsp; These free holiday clubs will support families who are eligible for benefit related free school meals. Activities include: Football, Surf School, Swimming, Musical Theatre, Dance and introducing our newly added activities Darts and Yoga / Mindfulness. Our 'Teen Ticket’ allows teenagers access to many attractions across South Tyneside, without a parent needing to be present. The next programme of free holiday clubs is during the school summer holidays (Monday 21st July - Sunday 31st August). Bookings for summer activities will be available from Tuesday 1st July at 3.30pm. All events are subject to availability and booking is essential. The sessions take place at several locations in South Tyneside and will include:&nbsp;a variety of fun activities exciting opportunities to learn and develop skills nutritious meal each day additional creative and cooking classes. To be eligible to attend the free holiday club activities, children and young people must: be eligible for <a href="https://www.southtyneside.gov.uk/article/2634/Free-school-meals" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">benefit related free school meals</a> be aged 5 to 16 years old or up to 18 with SEND (SEND children must still qualify for free school meals) and live or go to school in South Tyneside.
