Join Community First Yorkshire for a friendly, informative online session to explore our highly successful Leadership Mentoring Programme.

This session is designed with first-time applicants in mind. You’ll hear directly from experienced mentors (including VCSE Chief Executives) and past mentees about how the programme works in practice - and the real difference it can make to your confidence, skills, and career progression.

Whether you’re feeling curious, uncertain, or simply want to learn more before applying, this is a great opportunity to get a clear, honest insight into what’s involved.

During the session, we’ll cover:

• What the six-month programme (starting October 2026) is really like, and how to apply
• How mentoring works and the support you’ll receive along the way
• Real stories from mentors and mentees, including key takeaways and impact
• How you can continue to benefit from the programme beyond March 2027.

There’s no pressure to commit - just come along, ask questions, and see if it feels like the right next step for you or someone in your team.
