Free 6 Week Exercise Course for Mums and Babies
The sessions will be run by Ex-National Gymnast, Level 3 Personal Trainer and renowned Fitness and Nutrition Journalist, Lucy. She will take you through a motivating and thriving class which will work all the areas you need to be strong, fit and thriving Mums. Think cardio, abs, posture and so much more.
Lucy will also create a community and safe space where you can talk everything nutrition, fitness and motherhood.
Classes will run 10:15am to 11:00am, with 30 minutes of optional chat and refreshments afterwards.
To take part, you must have had your 6-8 week GP check cleared.
Sessions are limited to 10 people and places are allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.
