Sharmin Shajahan (PHD) is the Deputy Director at Voice 4 Change England (V4CE). V4CE a leading national membership organisation for the BME voluntary and community sector (VCS), supports these communities through workshops, tailored one-on-one support and networking opportunities. For over 15 years, V4CE has been dedicated to ensuring that the needs of Black & Minoritised Ethnic (BME) communities are represented in national policy and programme development. This session is delivered as part of the Catalyst Programme, designed to help BME organisations build resilience and increase their influence.
