Description

Learn how the emerging Integrated Neighbourhood Teams in the North East of Tower Hamlets bring together health, care, council and community partners to provide better-joined-up health and wellbeing support locally. Understand the projects, connect with key partners, share community priorities, and explore involvement opportunities. The current projects are around COPD and return to work. This session is aimed at small, grassroots community groups working in Bow West, Bow East, Mile End East and Bromley By Bow wards. There is likely to be a small amount of funding to support collaborative work.

This event is organised by the Disparities Leaders project, a leadership programme which supports Global Majority leaders and their organisations to influence decision-makers.
