Verona…two warring families…and a pair of star-crossed lovers! Romeo Montague gatecrashes the Capulets party where he meets Juliet. They fall deeply in love and secretly marry. However, things go awry when Tybalt Capulet kills Romeo’s best friend Mercutio in a duel which Romeo avenges and is then banished. After Juliet feigns death to avoid marrying Paris, Romeo returns to Verona missing an important letter in transit, and mistakenly believes Juliet has died; leading to the play’s tragic conclusion. Shakespeare’s beautiful and timeless celebration of young love, will lift you up into the heady clouds with comedy and tragedy.
