This course is for anyone experiencing stress whether that’s from work, relationships, world events or other factors outside your control.

Beginners are welcome. To feel the full benefits you will need to commit to doing 10 - 30 minutes of home practice each day for the duration of the course.

If you’re going through a big life event or experiencing an intense period of anxiety or depression it’s probably not the best time to do this course - if you're unsure you’ll be invited for a pre-course chat with the tutor to confirm that the course is right for you.

This course is taught by Sally Harris, an experienced mindfulness teacher who has taught hundreds of people how to stress less and live more.
The form to register your interest collects an informed consent agreement. You will be asked to confirm you understand the responsibilities and obligations of attending this course.
