Calling all University Students...Take a Break, Slow Down, Reconnect
Feeling stressed, anxious, or just in need of a reset? Step away from your screens and into the calm of nature with a FREE Blossom Bathing experience, inspired by the principles of Shinrin-yoku or 'Forest Bathing', designed especially for university students.
Starting and ending at Stomping Grounds Forest School, we’ll take a mindful walk through the peaceful surroundings of the Riverside Park, Gateshead. Along the way, you’ll be guided through simple invitations and activities to help you slow down, engage your senses, and reconnect — with yourself, with others, and with the natural world.
There will be time to chill in hammocks and to end our journey, we’ll come together for a peaceful tea gathering, where you’ll have the chance to try delicious foraged teas and homemade cake or snacks made with seasonal wild ingredients.
