We look forward to welcoming your child to our programme.Venue:Osmani Centre58 Underwood RoadLondon, E1 5AW<h3>Arrival and Collection</h3><ul><li>On arrival, please bring your child to the reception area of the Osmani Centre.</li><li>A member of our team will guide you to the appropriate hall entrance where registration will take place.</li><li>Once your child has been registered by our staff, parents and guardians are kindly asked to leave the building during the session.</li><li>At the end of the session, children must be collected from the same location where they were registered.</li></ul>For safeguarding reasons, children will only be released to the authorised parent/guardian or nominated collector recorded at registration.<h3>Parking</h3>Please note that there are no parking facilities available at the Osmani Centre. We recommend allowing additional time for arrival and using nearby public transport or local parking options where available.<h3>Clothing and Preparation</h3>Children should attend wearing comfortable sports clothing suitable for physical activities, such as:<ul><li>PE shorts or full-length sports trousers</li><li>T-shirts or long-sleeved tops</li><li>Suitable trainers</li></ul>As some activities may take place outdoors if weather conditions permit, please also provide a warm layer or light jacket.<h3>Additional Information</h3>At present, specialist support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is not available within this programme. Thousands of children who are eligible for and claiming benefits-related free school meals will be able to access a free place a holiday activity club over the school holiday.Open to eligible children and young people aged 4 to 16 years, all programmes provide:<ul><li>free, nutritious and tasty food</li><li>fun physical activity sessions</li><li>a wide range of other exciting activities to suit different ages and personalities</li><li>opportunities to learn more about food and nutrition for children and their families.</li></ul> Please note: benefits-related free school meals are different from universal free school meals provided in all Tower Hamlets schools. If you are unsure if your child is signed up for benefits-related free school meals, please check with your child’s school. How do I sign up my child?If your child is eligible for a free place at a HAF club, you would have received a HAF letter in the post. To book a free place:•Register an account with Plinth •Select your HAF club from the list of providers •&nbsp;Follow their registration instructions. When registering there are two ways to prove eligibility: First, through the automatic eligibility check through the registration form by entering their name and date of birth. Second, inserting your child’s HAF Code in the registration form. This can be found at the top of your HAF letter. If you have missed out on a place at your chosen club, please check out opportunities at other clubs.
