A seven-week introduction to paddle sports for women. This programme is based on the Limehouse Cut canal in Bartlett Park, next to Poplar Union but will require travel on some weeks to try different types of boats in other locations. This is a welcoming and supportive way to try paddle sports and a huge amount of fun, no experience necessary and non-swimmers are encouraged to apply.
