Description

With grant funding increasingly hard to secure, social enterprises are relying more on traded income to sustain their work. The Community Business Network brings together organisations across North Yorkshire to share knowledge, build partnerships and strengthen financial resilience.

This session will focus on understanding your market - who your customers are, what motivates them, and how this insight can help grow income and impact. Join fellow social entrepreneurs for practical learning, networking and collaboration.

Join fellow social entrepreneurs for a dynamic networking session designed to help you develop loyal customers and clients, communicate your mission more effectively, and maximise your impact. You’ll leave with practical insights and new connections to support the growth of your social enterprise.

This network is open to any voluntary organisation or social enterprise (e.g. charity, CIC or CIO) that generates traded income and operates, or works in, North Yorkshire.

The session will be hosted by Community First Yorkshire and facilitated by Paul Kilgallon, an experienced social venture coach with a background in social enterprise, corporate social responsibility, organisational development and event management.
