Our Post-Natal class is a fantastic way to introduce your little one 0-6 months to the water and strengthen that special bond between you and your baby.Please remember:- Funding is available for those on the caseloads of the Nairn community midwives, covering Nairn, Ardersier, and Tornagrain areas. If you are outside of these areas, you will not be able to attend this class.- The class runs on a Friday at 12:30PM for 30 minutes.- Please arrive ten minutes early to get ready. Be dressed ready on poolside to enter the water at 12:30PM. - Do not enter the water until invited to by the midwife. Babies must be passed in to midwife and not carried down the stairs.- Babies need to be 0-6 months to attend.- Please note for the post-natal class babies are to be accompanied by their mother in the water.- We ask that all babies wear a double nappy system.
