We are about to start for 18-24 year olds with mental health condition on 16/01/2025 to support them through group Life coaching sessions. so if you're 18-24 or know an 18-24 year old who needs guidance to achieve their goals and better maintain their mental health, and they live in Watford or Three Rivers. This programme is a 12 week programme 6 weeks of group work followed by 6 weeks of virtual 121's.
