A mixed-level yoga class especially for women. A safe, welcoming space for women to come together to develop their strength and flexibility. Participants must be comfortable in moving from the floor to standing, and from standing to the floor.
If you've never done yoga before, you might prefer to try our Thursday Beginners' Yoga first. We also offer two Seated Yoga sessions each week for participants who would find standing yoga too challenging.

If your plans change and you can't make a session you've booked for, please let us know. You can cancel easily via Plinth, email us at admin@holborncommunity.co.uk, or call 02074052370 (option 1). To make sure as many people as possible can benefit from yoga, we may cancel your future bookings if you miss two sessions without letting us know.
