The Youth Forum is a dedicated space for 10 -18 year olds to have their voices heard, tackle topics and develop critical thinking through structured debates. It empowers young peopl to share their perspectives on everything from local issues to national government guidance. By participating, young people help shape the charity’s future, ensuring our provision is built directly on their ideas and leadership. Plus there's games and snacks!

Electric Storm Youth 

Electric Storm Youth is a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting and empowering young people in Lancing,  Sompting and surrounding areas. Our mission is to improve the personal and social development of teenagers, teaching them new skills and enhancing the quality of their lives. We are committed to laying the foundations for a brighter future by providing inspiration and hope to those in need.

Through our various programs and initiatives (mentoring, detached work, young carers, youth forums), we offer support to teenagers, parent/carers and helping them navigate the challenges of adolescence and develop essential life skills. Our focus is on creating a positive impact on the lives of young people in our community, guiding and supporting personal growth and resilience. With the support of our dedicated team and partners, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the youth we serve, ultimately contributing to a stronger and more vibrant community.
