Henry is an 8-week, programme to give babies and young children 0 to 5 years a good start. The programme helps the whole family to adopt a healthier lifestyle, creating more opportunities to play with your children, and helps parents to support their children's health and social development. HENRY workshops include understanding behaviour, looking after we, healthy teeth, fussy eating, and eating well for less.
