Shaping the Volunteer Managers Resource Pack Event: We are developing a new resource pack to support managers of volunteers, and we really value the input of volunteer managers to help make sure it is practical, useful and relevant to the people who will be using it.

I’d like to invite you to a short discussion session where we can explore what would be most helpful to include in the pack, what challenges volunteer managers face, and what guidance, templates or tools would make the biggest difference. What did you need when you started your role?

The session will be informal and collaborative, so there is no need to prepare anything in advance. It would be great if you could simply bring your experience, ideas and any examples of support that would help you in your role.
