Join your local GP Practice for a free health and lifestyle event designed to help you take simple, practical steps towards better long-term health and wellbeing.

You’ll hear from local health professionals and experts about how small lifestyle changes can make a big difference to your health.

On the day, you can get advice and support on:

• Physical activity, strength, and mobility
• Mental wellbeing and managing stress
• Support for long-term conditions
• Preventative health checks and screening
