Description

This fun and inclusive fitness class combines approximately 45 minutes of Afro-inspired cardio dance, carnival vibes, and upbeat music designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving. No dance experience is needed – simply follow along, have fun, and enjoy a full-body workout that helps improve fitness, coordination, and confidence.

The session finishes with 15 minutes of gentle yoga and Pilates-inspired stretching to help improve flexibility, mobility, posture, and relaxation. It's the perfect way to cool down, release tension, and leave feeling refreshed.
