Please arrive on time for a smooth sign-in. Get ready for an unforgettable Summer Camp with MB Community CIC! Our fun-filled camp is designed for children aged 5–14 and packed with exciting activities to keep young people active, creative and smiling all summer long. From football, dodgeball and multi-sports to arts and crafts, slime making, Nerf Wars, water games and disco parties — there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Children will have the opportunity to make new friends, build confidence, stay active and try new experiences in a safe and supportive environment led by DBS-checked staff experienced in supporting children with additional needs and diabetes.  A MB summer camp  HAF (ages 5–14) at Harris Tottenham Hale

This fun and inclusive one-hour session is open to all ages and abilities. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, build strength, increase confidence or simply get active in a friendly environment, this class is for you.Each session includes a variety of circuit-based activities designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance and overall wellbeing. Exercises can be adapted to suit all fitness levels, making it a great opportunity for individuals, families and members of the local community to take part together.No experience is necessary – just come along, get moving and have fun!

First time 

This fun and inclusive fitness class combines approximately 45 minutes of Afro-inspired cardio dance, carnival vibes, and upbeat music designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving. No dance experience is needed – simply follow along, have fun, and enjoy a full-body workout that helps improve fitness, coordination, and confidence.The session finishes with 15 minutes of gentle yoga and Pilates-inspired stretching to help improve flexibility, mobility, posture, and relaxation. It's the perfect way to cool down, release tension, and leave feeling refreshed.Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
