Cabinet of Curiosities: Festival of Britain

The launch of a Cabinet of Curiosities depicting everyday life on the Lansbury Estate, Poplar. This will be a repository of objects contributed by residents, speaking of home, arrival, care, work, play, memory, change, and the future. Designed and built by Delvendahl Martin Architects.

The cabinet will pop-up at various locations across Poplar during our Festival, to enable residents to contribute items, view those which have already been collected, and contemplate the stories behind them.
