This is our first co-design session to help shape our upcoming Lived Experience Leadership Programme as part of our Local Voices work.

This session is open to:

• People with lived and living experience who have been involved in shaping services or projects
• Organisations who have supported or led co-production and engagement work

We want to bring together a range of voices to help us co-design a programme that supports people with lived experience to build confidence, skills, and step into leadership roles including volunteering and influencing opportunities.

At the session, we will be looking at what would be helpful to include in the programme and designing what it looks like together.
