Our Summer HAF Programme offers a fun, meaningful and engaging way for children and young people to give back to their communities while building confidence, creativity and new friendships. Programme Details: <ul><li>Ages: 8 to 14 years old</li><li>Dates: Monday 17th August - Friday 21st August</li><li>Time: 10:00am - 2:30pm each day</li><li>Location: Latymer Upper School</li><li>Lunch included</li></ul> Each day includes a mix of on-site and off-site volunteering activities, such as: <ul><li>Collaborative Arts and Crafts activities designed to support and engage the local community</li><li>Visiting and spending time with residents in a local care home</li><li>Litter picking and outdoor clean-ups</li><li>Gardening activities with a local environmental charity</li><li>Cooking workshops and supporting local food initiatives</li></ul> These sessions focus on giving back through small, thoughtful actions that can have a positive impact on the local community. Children will be supported by experienced adult volunteers and encouraged to work together in age-appropriate, engaging and rewarding ways. Our programme is designed to help children develop confidence, teamwork and communication skills while making a real difference through creative and meaningful volunteering opportunities. Please note: Activities may vary, but the focus will remain on community engagement, creativity and hands-on volunteering throughout the week.

TimeGivers is a local charity and children’s volunteering platform that creates enriching opportunities for children, young people and families to give back. We run projects in schools, youth hubs and communities with a focus on real, hands-on impact, from gardening and litter picking to visiting care homes and cooking for community groups. Our goal is to help young people build confidence and life skills while contributing in ways that are meaningful, enjoyable and genuinely helpful to their local area.

Hammersmith &amp; Fulham's Holiday Programme offers a range of free activities across the borough, ensuring every young person receives a nutritious meal. Booking Your Child’s PlaceTo get started, create an account, register your child, and browse our wide range of engaging activities tailored to their interests and needs. Plinth provides detailed descriptions of each provider and event, including age suitability, accessibility arrangements and availability, helping you make informed choices.&nbsp; CancellationsYou will receive an email reminding you of the activities you have booked for your child a week before delivery. If you need to cancel, please do so via Plinth and contact the provider. We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice so the place can be given to another young person. SEND and AccessibilityOur Holiday, Activity and Food Programme providers strive to accommodate all children and young people. We encourage parents and guardians to contact individual providers to discuss any specific requirements your child may have. This communication is crucial to help us understand how we can best support your child and ensure their safety and enjoyment. Specialist SEND ProvisionWe collaborate with specialist providers who are experienced in working with children with complex and profound needs. These providers offer specialist programmes and activities designed to cater to the specific requirements of children with disabilities or other additional needs.
