Morganstone Limited are opening the gates to their Beacon Hill development in the heart of Swansea for an exclusive, hands‑on site visit.

This opportunity is open to young people aged 16–30 who are eligible for the Green Careers Pathway programme and want to explore careers in construction and more.

Come along to see what happens on a live site, meet industry professionals, and find out how green construction is helping shape the future of our city.

Whether you are a student, a career-changer, or simply curious about the world of construction, we invite you to see how we’re building the future of our city.

What to expect:

This isn’t just a walk-through; it’s an immersive 90-minute experience designed to give you a genuine taste of life on a live project.

• The Inside Track: Start with a welcome presentation and talk from our Site Manager. You’ll hear about the vision for Beacon Hill, the challenges of modern engineering, and the diverse range of roles that make a project of this scale possible.

• The Guided Tour: Following the talk, we’ll head out onto the site. You’ll see the drawings come to life and get a first-hand look at the craft, technology, and teamwork in action.

• Career Inspiration: Construction is about more than just bricks and mortar, it’s about innovation, sustainability, and community. We’ll be on hand to answer your questions about starting a rewarding career in the industry.

Safety and Preparation:

Your safety is our absolute priority. To ensure a smooth visit, please note the following:

• Footwear: You must wear sensible, sturdy shoes (such as boots or trainers with good grip). For safety reasons, no open-toed shoes, sandals, or heels will be allowed on site.

• PPE Provided: We will provide you with a hard hat and a hi-vis vest for the duration of the tour. We ask that you wear sensible shoes, no heels, open toes or loose laces will be permitted onto site.

• Policies and procedures: You will be provided with clear instruction during the site tour, we ask you stay with the group, follow our Health & Safety Policy and ensure you keep yourself and others safe by following instructions from our Site Manager whilst you are on site.

• Your Sizes: To ensure we have the right gear ready for you, please specify your required sizes for the hi-vis vest in the registration form below.
