ABC Hub

The Health Hub runs alongside our existing Social Prescribing service, giving local people another way to access support in their community. It’s a friendly, informal drop-in at BCVS, where people can pop in for a cuppa and a chat, talk about what matters to them and explore what support is available locally.

This can include support around loneliness and isolation, local groups and activities, benefits and financial advice, keeping warm and Warm Hubs, digital support and other local services and organisations.
