Beginners' Yoga
This is a yoga class for beginners who want to take their first steps in learning how to stretch and breathe, or for people with some experience who prefer a slower pace of class. Yoga postures for strengthening legs, arms and core. Improve your fitness and balance. Everyone is welcome.

To make sure as many people as possible can benefit from yoga, we may cancel your future bookings if you miss two sessions without letting us know.
