🎯 What is the Boot Camp?

A practical and intensive 4-session programme designed specifically for the Eastern European community in Luton (Romanians, Ukrainians, Albanians, Poles and others).

The aim is to help you move away from unstable employment and gain a clear career direction by giving you the tools to recognise and value your experience and skills in the UK job market.

πŸ“‹ How the Programme Works

The programme is structured into 4 practical sessions, delivered one after another:

  1. Session 1 – Review of previous work experience, education, and qualifications (Evaluating your past experience, studies and qualifications)
  2. Session 2 – Identification of skills and transferable abilities (including the IKIGAI method) (Discovering your real skills and what makes you unique)
  3. Session 3 – Mapping skills and experience to potential job roles (Matching your skills with real job opportunities available in the UK)
  4. Session 4 – Identifying immediate next steps (Concrete next steps: completing your CV, job applications or enrolling in training courses)

Each session includes practical activities, group discussions, individual exercises and handouts. You will leave with clear action points and useful documents (including a personal action plan).

πŸ‘₯ Who is it for?

  • People from the Eastern European community who want to break the cycle of temporary jobs
  • Those who want clarity, confidence and professional direction
  • Maximum 10-12 participants per group (limited places to ensure individual attention)

πŸ’° Cost: Completely FREE

βœ… What you will gain:

  • Clarity about your skills and experience
  • A stronger CV and clear career direction
  • Increased confidence to apply for better jobs
  • Real first steps towards financial stability
