The Rising Voices Network aims to provide an empowering space where emerging leaders from Global Majority (people from Black, Brown and minoritised ethnicities) backgrounds can come together, share experiences, and work collaboratively to disrupt entrenched inequities. 

Aimed at service delivery providers and those at middle management, the Network responds directly to the needs of Global Majority people working in the play and youth sector.

In this session, we will cover:

• Reflections and learning from each others experience
• A workshop on confidence building led by Paul Ryan, CEO of Chelsea Theatre
• Preparing and planning for mentoring and wellness opportunities

This network will serve as a platform for mutual support, collective action, and capacity building, ensuring that voluntary and community organisations led by the Global Majority are empowered to thrive.
