Classical Pilates follows the original sequence and exercises developed by Joseph Pilates, focusing on controlled, precise movements that build core strength, flexibility, and alignment. This method emphasises posture, full-body strength, and mindful movement, helping you develop greater control and awareness of how your body moves. By engaging the “Powerhouse”—your core—you’ll improve stability, coordination, and overall resilience.
Led by Julienne Raboca, a London-based instructor qualifying with Equinox’s New York classical Pilates programme, this course for beginners is designed to help you move with strength, grace, and confidence.
