Data for beginners: how to collect, analyse and present your social impact
Does your funder need to see that you are making an impact?
Would you like to improve your service or know the difference it makes in people’s lives?
Funders, commissioners and individual supporters ask for demonstrable results before they’ll put their trust in an organisation.
The information you collect and share can show the impact of your work, talk about how your service is changing, be the voice for your communities or the evidence you need when applying for funding.
And there are plenty of free and low-cost digital tools such as surveys, audio-visual tools, mapping or databases that can help your organisation efficiently and effectively capture your data, analyse it and present it in visually appealing ways.
In this fun yet practical, hands-on training you’ll explore techniques and digital tools to collect, create and curate your story of impact.
You will need to join via a laptop or other desktop device for the best possible experience and to take part fully in exercises.
