Join Marc for a 40minute Boxing workout. This ancient art is not only good cardio and strength training, but it works wonders for your mind.


No experience necessary, Marc will take you through boxing exercises that will be suitable for all levels of fitness, with modifications where required.


This session is open to all at no cost, but we would welcome a suggested donation of £3 if you are able to. All donations go towards supporting the overall operations of the charity.
