Women’s Wellness Sessions

Each session begins with the chance to meet new people and have a chat. We then move into an active fitness session where movement through high energy dancing aims to help boost mental health and wellbeing.
The class runs for about an hour and includes, a set of choreographed routines, and a cool down. Each dance uses repeated movements, which helps beginners learn the steps quickly
The structure is flexible you can take part at your own pace and move in a way that feels right for you. It’s all about getting moving, having fun, and feeling good together.
Don't forget to wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Come along and bring a friend.
