Neurodiversity: Advice on Inclusive Delivery Join Young H &amp; F for an interactive roundtable on how organisations can create inclusive delivery for neurodiverse young people. Co-hosted with community member Write-London, come along for advice on: <ul><li>Practical, real world examples</li><li>Strength based approaches, sensory support, inclusive planning and how to avoid a "one-size fits all" approach</li><li>How can organisations break down barriers? Challenging stereotypes about neurodiversity, how to address masking and how to build confidence to support neurodiverse young people to overcome challenges</li></ul> The will also be the opportunity to share your own experiences, ask questions, and explore opportunities for developing cross sector partnerships. Followed by networking and delicious food!

Young Hammersmith & Fulham (Young H&F) is a charity working to support voluntary youth organisations to thrive and deliver the best support for young people.

We believe every young person deserves the chance to thrive, and that starts with a strong, well-supported youth sector. So that’s our goal - to strengthen the youth sector in Hammersmith & Fulham by supporting the charities, organisations, and professionals who work directly with young people. 

We do this by: 

Building capacity through training, networks and shared learning
Young H&F provides opportunities for learning, upskilling and knowledge-sharing to help non-profit youth organisations to deliver the best support for young people, whilst also creating spaces for collaboration across our community.

Giving our community membership access to vital  funding 
We are pleased to provide community members access to the funding they need to create meaningful opportunities for young people through small grants.
 
Embedding youth voice into decision-making
We always strive to make sure that young people play a central role in shaping our work - from allocating funding as Young Grant Makers to facilitating peer research projects.

Driving Sector Development through Research and Partnerships
Young H&F strengthens the youth sector by identifying gaps and facilitating collaborative projects. Through research, pilot initiatives and cross-sector partnerships, we aim to strengthen the youth sector and help create more joined-up support for young people in Hammersmith & Fulham.
