Pilates is a very effective form of exercise that is practised worldwide by people from all walks of life and gives a wealth of physical and mental benefits such as:
- improved posture, balance and flexibility
- increased joint mobility, stability and core strength
- increased muscular strength, endurance and tone - reduced risk of injury
- reduced stress levels, stronger immune system and more efficient respiratory
This session is open to all at no cost, but we would welcome a suggested donation of £3 if you are able to. All donations go towards supporting the overall operations of the charity.
