Hydrotherapy Wellbeing

These 30 minute self-led hydrotherapy sessions offer a flexible, supportive space for rehabilitation, exercise, or general wellbeing. You can use the warm water pool and available hydrotherapy equipment at your own pace, allowing you to focus on what feels right for you. These sessions are self led and are not supervised by a physiotherapist or other healthcare professional.

Our goal is to make hydrotherapy accessible to all. We offer flexible pricing options to support low income households and carers.

Please note: The pool is also used by a paediatric physiotherapist for 1:1 sessions on Friday afternoons, so there may be a child receiving treatment in the pool during the session.

The pool measures 7 metres long, 4 metres wide and 1.2 metres deep.

We have unisex changing facilities on poolside, including changing stations with changing mats, a playpen, toilet, showers, nappy bin and lockers.

We also have a height-adjustable changing bed and a pool hoist for anyone who may need assistance entering or leaving the pool. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require the hoist or any other accessibility assistance.

Please note

• Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult, at a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children.

• All babies and children under 4, or those who are not yet toilet trained, must wear a double-nappy system. This means a swim nappy (disposable or reusable) must be worn underneath a neoprene nappy or suitable swimwear/jammers.

• Adults who are incontinent must wear suitable continence swimwear designed for use in swimming pools. This may include a reusable or disposable swim nappy, worn underneath appropriate swimwear.

• If you are unsure what is suitable, please speak to a member of our team. We are happy to help.

• Cancellations: We are unable to offer refunds for wellbeing sessions. However, if you give at least 48 hours notice, we can transfer your booking to another available date. If you need to cancel or transfer your booking, please email hello@nairnhydotherapy.co.uk as soon as possible. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice cannot be transferred.
