Description

Session 2 – Hybrid Workshop: Putting Section 106 into Action

Joint Aims:

  • To discuss and generate ideas for how to use the five unallocated S106 funds introduced in the first Session.
  • To influence future Section 106 agreements, including:
  • An update on the Infrastructure Requirement List (IRL)
  • A demonstration of how the IRL works
  • A collaborative exercise to test proposed ideas against the CIL Regulation tests for potential inclusion on the IRL.

Outcome:

Participants will collaboratively develop project ideas, understand how proposals are assessed for inclusion on the IRL, and have a direct opportunity to shape future S106 priorities and spending.
