Description

A 4‑week educational space for parents and teens to understand ADHD together — without shame, pressure, or quick‑fix promises.

This programme isn’t about “fixing behaviour.”

It’s about learning why ADHD feels the way it does, why friction happens at home, and why so many families experience the same patterns. Each week, parents and teens explore ADHD in a clear, simple, and non‑judgemental way, using modern science, relatable examples, and shared discussion.

The course creates a space where young people can see they’re not alone, and where parents can understand the challenges their teens face without blame. Through gentle objectives and guided conversations, families build awareness, reduce misunderstandings, and develop a more compassionate understanding of each other.

The overarching theme is education — because when families understand ADHD together, many challenges naturally become easier to navigate.

This programme is ideal for families who want clarity, connection, and a supportive environment to explore ADHD as a shared experience.
